Yes. A 30% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date. Your date is officially reserved once the retainer and signed service agreement are received. The remaining balance must be paid prior to your event.

Yes! We’re happy to travel for events outside Orange County. Additional travel fees may apply depending on the distance and event location. Include your venue address in your inquiry so we can provide accurate pricing.

Delivery depends on the experience selected. Digital Photo Booth images can be shared with guests during the event when connectivity allows, while your complete gallery and VideoGuestbook content will be delivered digitally after the event. Your booking details will include the expected delivery timeframe.
